We are pleased to invite you to a CROSSPATHS Online Training Session on “Management of competitive international R&I projects”.
The main objective of this session is to provide an introduction to project management and equip participants with basic skills in managing research projects. The 10 h training will cover important topics, including: Consortium agreement, Communication, Financial management, Individuals and team management, etc.
The training will include lectures and practical exercises.
