przypominamy, iż jutro: 20.10.2023 r. o godz. 9.00 na platformie Zoom odbędzie się Seminarium OL-PAN, na którym wysłuchamy wykładu dr. Marcina Tabaki z Zespołu Genomiki Obliczeniowej Międzynarodowego Centrum Badań Oka – ICTER, Instytut Chemii Fizycznej PAN w Warszawie, zatytułowanego:
Single-cell sequencing approaches to resolve biological processes in health and disease
Dr Marcin Tabaka graduated from the Jagiellonian University Faculty of Chemistry in 2004. He obtained a PhD at the Institute of Physical Chemistry, Polish Academy of Science (IPC PAS) in 2009. He worked as a Postdoctoral Research Fellow in Mathematical Biology at IPC PAS (2010-2014) and then at the Klarman Cell Observatory headed by Aviv Regev at the Broad Institute of MIT and Harvard, Cambridge, MA, USA (2014-2019). He started his career as a group leader at the International Centre for Translational Eye Research, IPC PAS in September 2020. His scientific interest focuses on applications of high-throughput single-cell multiomics technologies in diverse research areas such as cell reprogramming, immunology, and cancer.
