Szanowni Państwo,
uprzejmie informuję, że z dniem dzisiejszym rozpoczynamy nabór na krótkoterminowe mobilności zagraniczne (kraje UE) wszystkich pracowników Instytutu oraz doktorantów w ramach programu Erasmus Plus. Warunkiem otrzymania dofinansowania na wyjazd jest złożenie do dnia 31.01.2024 r. kompletu dokumentów na adres mailowy: erasmusplus.recruitment@pan.olsztyn.pl.
Zgodnie z obowiązującym zarządzeniem Dyrektora Instytutu dotyczącym Regulaminu organizacji programu ERASMUS+ złożone aplikacje zostaną ocenione przez Komisję rekrutacyjną do programu Erasmus Plus.
Jednocześnie informuję, że w dniu 18.01.2024 r. o godz. 12.00 przy ul. Tuwima oraz w dniu 19.01.2024 r. o godz. 10.00 przy ul. Bydgoskiej zostaną zorganizowane spotkania dla wszystkich zainteresowanych udziałem w programie Erasmus plus oraz złożeniem aplikacji. Szczegółowy program spotkania zostanie wysłany w tym tygodniu oddzielnym mailem.
Wszystkie dokumenty wymagane do złożenia aplikacji są dostępne w polskiej i angielskiej wersji językowej w Intranecie.

I would like to inform you that as of today we are starting recruitment for short-term international mobilities (EU countries) for all Institute employees and doctoral students under the Erasmus Plus program. The condition for receiving funding for international mobility is to submit a set of documents by January 31, 2024, to the e-mail address: erasmusplus.recruitment@pan.olsztyn.pl.
Following the effective Director’s directive regarding the Regulations for organizing the ERASMUS+ program, submitted applications will be assessed by the Recruitment Committee for the Erasmus Plus program.
Additionally, two informational meetings will be organized for all employees interested in participating in the Erasmus Plus program and submitting an application: the first one on January 18, 2024, at 12.00, ul. Tuwima and the second one on January 19, 2024, at 10.00, ul. Bydgoska. A detailed program of the meeting will be sent by separate e-mail this week.
All documents required to apply are available in Polish and English on the Intranet.
